If in the house, we have 3 xbox (2 xbox one and 1 360),do I have to pay 3 times for play live?

More than two Xbox One consoles is totally pointless if you don't plan on buying multiple copies of a digital game. That's why I stopped at two consoles. You could always buy disc. They're cheaper and easier to share between
3 consoles IMO.

I have three the day one model the elite model and know the s model but the problem is I only have digital games so when my grandkids come by they caint just go downstairs and play my games unless I sign in on that unit all the unit are on the same network
I know about make this xbox my home only thing about that is it still leaves two unit not able to be played at the same time the teen use my home and that leaves the little one in the cold and that make no sense even if I make them there on profile it still
takes mine to play the games Microsoft say all unit will play together well this is not playing together especially with all the money spent on these units plus all the games are registered to me what happens when the scorpion system come out do I need to
make one of the orther system obsolete? hope they fix because this is frustrating

It would depend a lot on how you are using the consoles and how many profiles you are using. As far as the Xbox 360 goes, you'd need a gold subscription on any account that you wanted to play on Xbox Live with. Theoretically you'd only need 1 profile on
the Xbox Ones to have a gold subscription if you set one as
Home Xbox. The easiest thing to do if you want to play on Xbox Live though, is to have a subscription on any of the accounts you're trying to play on.

Home sharing...Everyone on your "Home" console gets to play, while you need to be signed into another for you to play. Pretty generous to get a "BOGO" in my opinion. More than two consoles? You'll need to buy multiple copies of each game.

No, only two can play in the same household. One sharing via the home Xbox, and the other either on the cloud or on the other console.
