    Hi there. I bought Forza 7 and three months of Xbox Live Gold during the promotion period for three months of free Xbox Live Gold and I haven't received my free months yet. Is there something I need to do in order to claim those months?

    I purchased a 3-month subscription of Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox under a promotion you offered (see link below), and have not received my free code, for an additional three months free. I waited to contact you until 3/16, as the promotion said the
    code would be sent by 3/15. It has not arrived, and today is 3/16. How do we remedy this situation?

    We're afraid if you did not receive a code for the additional three months of Xbox Live Gold for this promotion, it indicates that you did not purchase the original three months of Gold during the offer window and we won't be able to send a code.

    We took a closer look into this and we're afraid if you purchased three months of Xbox Live Gold on 2/15/18, you wouldn't be eligible for the PUBG "Play Together Promotion" for an additional three months of Xbox Live as the terms of that offer indicated
    the purchase of three months of Xbox Live Gold must have occurred between 1/15/18 and 1/30/18.

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
