    Three chat sessions and still no resolution. Please help.


    Hi.

    My account was hacked a few hours ago and my details changed. I only use this to watch Netflix so as soon as I saw a receipt for other than the monthly fee I knew something was wrong

    I've changed my password and stopped further payments however after three chat sessions and 15 mins on hold on my mobile no one apparently can help me reverse the tag payment and name change they did.

    Is there a way to stop the tag payment and leave me as I was? can anyone help with this or am I now saddled with a £6.95 bill and strangers name forever?

    error code PUR3001-settings wont allow purchases

    I have been trying to remove the parental controls on my sons account for hours now. 2 failed chat sessions, no resolutions in the forums that I can find just people in the same position as me but no resolutions posted and now I am submitting my own post.

    Someone please help!

    It sounds like it could be three things, either you don't have an active Xbox Live Gold account, it expired, or your Xbox Live Gold account was recently renewed. Please allow up to 24 hours for Microsoft to process this if that's the case.

    Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues connecting to multiplayer sessions!
