Three black screens won't disappear from screen

Today, I turned on the xbox one and there are three little black screens that cover the bigger screen display. I have tried loading a game and they are still there. Same thing loading an app. I hard restarted the console and they still show up. Things were
fine yesterday. Has anyone else had this issue and can help me out? Thank you.

Hi MJLizen,

This looks like something to do with your TV. I don't know the feature off the top of my head but its when you can show different sources as small tiles overlayed over your main source.

Try unplugging your TV and waiting a minute then power it back on.

If this still doesn't work. Explore the settings on your TV remote and TV settings.

I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

...and now when i insert the disc a screen quickly pops up saying "an update is requited but cannot be completed" and disappears after 0.5 seconds back to a black screen

after it install, I press the lets go button, sometimes a black xbox screen open up and then it disappeared along with the install app., most of the time the install window disappear. after the install I tried to open the app but it doesn't even load up with a screen

Three days now. I'm really frustrated. MS seems very unconcerned that this black out is happening. I tried not signing in but it didn't work for me. Black screen no matter what I do. This is BS. I won't be renewing my subscription again. This is ridiculous.
I guess it's time for PS4 .
