Threats to hack my account.

I was going back and forth with a kid about a game we had recently played. All I said to him was that he was bad at the game and should probably quit playing. He then sent me a message saying he was going to hack my account. I have important things on this
account like my Paypal and if this is the kind of immature petty behavior you are allowing on your serv I have no problem cancelling my subscription to Xbox Live and moving over to Sony. I ask that Xbox Live does something about this child tryi to hack my
account. Joke or not this is absolutely ridiculous that you let this kind of behavior run freely through the community. I have the messages of him saying this as well do you can't tell me there is no proof.

How do I report someone who threatens to hack my Xbox live account?

 

You have said yourself that you were actively arguing with this other player, and essentially bullying this player as well by attacking his playing skill. Ultimately however, you can BLOCK this player if you feel the need to. I can also assure you that your
account will not be hacked. If you feel this threat is to absolutely true and feel attacked yourself, file a simple complaint on your console, under his gamertag. This would be the same ordeal through Sony/PlayStation.

 

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

It can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

Your account is perfectly safe as long as you don't give out all your log in/security details & besides,if someone was really going to try & "hack" your account they wouldn't tell you first.

Everyone is entitled to play on xbox live,no matter what their skill level.

 

Funny I can't even call out somebody's gamer tag on a freaking for him just because they deserve to be suspended from the services of Xbox live for violations of the code of conduct and terms of use services of Xbox live. But yet I get in trouble because
I do that but he doesn't get in trouble for threatening to hack my account and sitting there using curse words I've already reported him and yet nothing is being done about this I will be moving my services to PlayStation network at Sony Because I've never
had a problem with them guys dealing with somebody who was harassing me

 

How do you know this person has not been suspended?

On the odd occasion you may get a message thanking you if someone gets banned/suspended due to a report you filed but other than that the enforcement team wont tell you the results of a report you've filed.

As an ambassador you should know calling out gamertags is against forum rules & how to report someone on your console.

Why is it people think that anyone cares if they go to PSN or not?

 

someone has gone it my account sent messages to this person and said rude stuff to her while i was at school and she reported me and now when i go on that account i say connect to xbox live but when sign in on any other account it works so i think i have
banned but it wasnt me and on destiny all my characters have been deleted everthing on it and i wont to unbanned because i didnt do that

 

You can ask for a case review here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo but you are responsible for your account so it's highly unlikely you will get the ban/suspension overturned.

You can also see any enforcement action on your account via the enforcement site as well.
