threats on xbl

Hello, im a xbl ambassador and i know of someone who has threatened a lot of xbl members to hack them offline and things like find out where they live and beat them to death. He has also said these thing to myself.

This all started through a halo reach clan where i was a high ranking member. I been in the clan for almost a year. But he treats everyone like crap and tells everyone that he would hack them if we left the clan. I left the clan because no one wants to be
told these things and i was fed up with it. A few days after i left the clan i got a bunch of threat messages over facebook and xbl. Some of them were against my family members and girlfriend. The things he said about her set me over the limit. Things he said
about were ([Mod Removed]) im sorry for my language by the way. Instead of going off on him i asked friends to help me out and i told them what he does to everyones accounts. I explained to them that i was an xbl ambassador and they were
glad to help me. The code of conduct tells me im here to make xbl a better place and thats what i want to do by getting this guy justice and punishment for crimes he has committed.

You arent the first and you wont be the last, if the death threats I've had in the past were to be followed through I'd have been killed a good 10 times in my 7 years on XBL

Alot of idiots on XBL, dont take things as serious

yeah it's funny when people get scared/worried/offended when some random stranger says something mean to them. Are they xbl noobs? I just return the threats and insults and move on.

 

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done here or anywhere else.

 

I actually never attended to all anyone out, I was simply asking for help.

 

As an ambassador you should know that the only way to deal with this is to use the dashboard reporting tools to report the tag. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided. From there the PET will look into it and take
any necessary action.

As for the messages. If the person sent them to you over Facebook and they are threats that make you afraid for yourself or your family then contact your local authorities and press charges against the person responsible.
