    I am getting threats that they are going to hack my account and these threats are coming in the messages and the gamertag is [GT Removed] - DO not name and shame on the forums.

    ii was playing online and everyone hop offline all at the same time i know no one really offline becuse xbox.com my profile says so and they can still talk to me i been getting threats from a hacker maybe wanna be and woring if i am being hack or it just

    To properly report the user, you'll need to file a complaint on your console.

    There's no way they can hack your account, be sure to block communications after your complaint and move on.

    To properly report the user, you'll need to file a complaint on your console.

    How to file a complaint
    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Select Friends, and then go to the Players tab.
    3. Select File Complaint. Then, select File Complaint again on the next screen.
    4. Select one of the following general reasons for filing the complaint:
    • Profile: The player's Gamertag, personal picture, or personal information contains inappropriate material.
    • Text and Voice Communications: The player used vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening language in voice or text communications.
    • Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communication.
    • Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox Live, or the feedback system.
    • Select one of the following specific reasons for filing the complaint:
    • Profile: Gamertag, Personal Picture, Personal Info, Player Content
    • Text and Voice Communications: Text Message, Voice Message, Voice Chat, In-Game Voice
    • Video Communications: Picture Message, Video Chat
    • Tampering: Feedback Tampering, System Tampering, Cheating
    • Select File Complaint. (Or select Don’t File if you decide not to file the complaint.
    There's no way they can hack your account, be sure to block communications after your complaint and move on.

    The best thing I would recommend you and your friend do is avoid player and block communications. If you have any friends is common with this player, you may want to consider removing them, or asking if they would be willing to remove the offending player
    from their list.

    Depending on what games you play, you may also want to change your privacy settings so that your recently played list is not visible, so that they cannot follow you from lobby to lobby.

    If you receive harassing or threatening text or voice communications, remember to file a complaint to XBL Enforcement and they will investigate.
