threats from players

im starting to feel very unsafe on xbox i keep getting hit offline by [Moderator Removed] and they are saying the city and state where i live and is threatening to have people come to my house. i reported them but nothing is happening i had to get my modem
changed 3 times from this problem and i cant stay away from them because they keep saying threats to my friend saying if they do not get them in a party with me they would boot them and i have very bad anxiety and i send [Moderator Removed] one msg with one
bad word and he said yo bro ready to get banned and i mean in exactly 3 seconds a got comminication banned for a day but know its over and i really wish there was something xbox could do about this instead of telling me to report them when nothing even happens
and im the one who gets banned for it

I get banned for nothing

I get banned for threats and harrashing, but I can't sending messages and i'm reported from like 10 players per day, cause i beat their friend in game.
