Threatening to hack my son

Gamer (same one reported yesterday [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums. as playing with my son last night () when I asked who he was so I know who my son is playing with. He called me the b word to my son and when
I got on used vulgar and sexully profane language. I immediately ended the game. today he told my son that if he did not play with him he was going to "bang" his account or hack him so he could never play again. I am furious and if I knew his real name
would call the police. I still may.

Complaint

How do I make a complaint about harassment towards my son. Also the same people I want to complain is threatening to hack my sons account. I have both game tag names..

Deathwish volley

there is a player called deathwish volley and he keeps threatening my son he says he going to hack his account .my son has already been hacked once already and can't use his old account why should we pay more money when someone has hacked your account .

Deathwish volley was very abuse to him threatening to find out where we live and smash his face in .he must have hacked his account as he read out his ip30 address and what county we live in this person should be banned for life.

I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. No worries about your son's account. Please make sure that on the console you; Report the player via his profile, Block communications-this will prevent him from talking with your son, and submit a bad-player

Another suggestion is turn on Parental controls so you can control what your son can do. support.xbox.com/.../parental-safeguards

[/quote]Reboot (turn off for over 30 seconds) your modem and router whilst your Xbox is turned off.

Don't forget to file a complaint on the person who threatened ot actually DoS'd you (kicked you offline).

Tell your son not to join pary's with strangers, this type of attack can only happen if your son is either in a game or party with the potential attacker.
