    this person named "[Mod Removed - Personal Information]" threatened me and my friends that he had my IP address and would hack and ban me off my account and Xbox what should i do.

    Hey man, don't be intimidated by bully's on Xbox live, unless you join that persons lobby you will be fine. Dont accept invites from people you don't know to be safe!

    You should also block comms or set comms to friends only.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done on the forums.

    Calling out gamertags as well as posting personal info like your email address is not allowed on the forums.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them and block communications with them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    As long as you haven't done anything to violate the code of conduct, then you won't get banned. If he does have your IP (which is sometimes an empty threat) and he knocks you off your internet, contact your ISP.

    Block communications with them if you haven't already. Otherwise there's nothing else you need to do.

    This is False Reporting and Account Abuse

    that statement is still threatening, many people use it to threaten others, you have to think this is a global platform. what if someone says that and they actually do know where they live, it is a threatening situation.

    freedom of speech does not allow threatening behaviour.

    I would like to check that the correct information was transmitted. In the second paragraph. I typed in "young ***" and I have noticed that in my transmission the word was changed to asterisks. I don't know if this was something on your part or on mine,
    but better safe than sorry.
