someone threatened me by saying if you dont give me you account im going to spend all your mother saving i didnt believe him until he started telling me where i lived and stuff so i gave up my account GT Ordrx and he was not satisfied with that account and
asked for another one so i said no he has my Ordrx account with all my maps on and i want it back there is no bank details on this on any of my account

i had an account banned the GT was [Mod Removed] if there is anyway you could help me get my accounts back i would be so happy this account was only banned for searching a game and it but me in a modded lobby please help me message

I think iv been hacked

I said something to someone as a joke and now they threatened to hack my account and my bank and find where i live i feel really scared im terrified and i dont know what to do i really need help

Im scared hes going to hack my email and my account or my bank

If the ban on the DSC account was a lifetime ban (rather than a timed suspension), there would be no way to unban it. A suspension would naturally expire.

As for the other one, you should definitely go to
live.account.com/.../forgot and see if you can reset the account password if you still have access to its email account. Otherwise, get in touch with Phone Support and explain this to them and if you can prove you are the real owner you should be able to
set up an unauthorised access claim. Even if the other person changed the email address, it would take 30 days to take effect for exactly this situation and that should be enough to get it back.

As for knowing where you lived - the information that pressured you into handing over control of the account - the other person could have taken this from your profile, any linked social networks you have (in bio/motto or looking for the same username on
other profiles) or just your IP address. I hope by now you've also explained this to your mother, especially as there's a suggestion of someone compromising her account, so that she can monitor that and make any changes/arrangements necessary to prevent that
from happening.

You should never give out personal info regarding your account to anyone to prevent loss of your accounts.

There are 3 things you should now do.

1. Let your mother know that someone else may have access to her account so she can work with the bank to remove it.

2. Contact phone support as stated above to open an Unauthorized Access Ticket

3. Contact your local authorities to have them investigate for Fraud and Theft.

I agree with you. I've had people threatening my life, saying vile things about my mother, threatening my IP address, telling me to [mod removed], telling me they were going to kill me, and that doesn't even account for all the vile language I received.

i had to make a new account,

they said to wait 72 days or something for the system reset every 3'rd month.....

i tried everything. EVEN ordered a new card from the Bank - nothing.

tried my mother's bank card - nothing.

made a new account. worked like a charm
