Threatened to be IP Address Banned on Xbox

I was playing Hardcore Team DeathMatch on COD WW2. There has been a long problem with Gamertags being slow to show or not showing/disappearing, so team shots end up happening often. I have to fully observe each player before pulling
the trigger. Well apparently one player did not get the memo that this happens quite often for this game as of right now. My shot was an accident, and continued with the game as normal, but then of course, he began to follow me around the map, constantly trying
to team kill me. After the match had ended, he then sends a message, stating he is going to IP ban my xbox for team killing him and "it will be gone by morning." I still have the messages, I never messaged back, I reported his messages to me, blocked this
player, and even contacted Twitter xbox support to maybe find a more full and hardy way to get Microsoft to give some form of enforcement against a guy like this. Idk if he is lying or not, so i want to take full safety precautions.

Who can I contact to make a full report, and how can I deal with the situation incase I do get IP Banned by this player?

A guy booted me out of Xbox Live.

I have been threatened to be booted offline and have been told someone knows my IP address and real address. How can anyone help to get this guy banned online forever?

Hi, naming and shaming is against the forum rules, please don't do it. The best thing for you to do if he has booted your friend offline, is he should report the player & then block him. Info on how to do this can be found in the
how to section of enforcement.xbox.com

 

As long as you filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him. That is the only way to report a player. IF anything does happen with your IP, you will need to contact your ISP.
