    so there was this guy that has threatened me and my friends weather by saying he'll hack us or ban us off of Xbox what do I do he's scaring all of my friends

    I realize that but want to know did I get banned for being threatened to be hacked. also it dosent show me as having gold membership but I should

    Account hacked

    So yesterday I was threatened to be hacked by a modder playing call of duty and he actually hacked my account and modded on that account and I recently accessed it and realized my account "Selfie Pics" was banned? could I possibly get my account unbanned?
    Because this has all my games on it..

    Only the Xbox Policy Enforcement Team can ban people from Xbox Live. If someone is threatening to ban or hack you, you should report this person immediately. Likewise if the person is spamming, harassing, or otherwise effecting your enjoyment of Xbox Live.

    While you misplaced your thread I can assure you. You aren't going to get hacked. And filing 450 reports isn't hacking, if anything now he is going to be banned for abusing the report system.

    If anyone EVER threatens to hack you on Xbox Live. Ignore them, they're just brats.
