Threatened to be DDoS'd/Hacked.....

So, as per Call of Duty, one cannot play a single match without coming across a hacker/modder.

I proceeded to send him the following:

"Nice hacks. Reported.", then filed a complaint via the Xbox Live Report System. It's really a shame that the game...Xbox in general is able to plagued by such scum.

Anyway, I then hopped on some Halo 4 with some friends and about an hour later, I began getting spammed with Party Invites and Friend Requests from said Hacker.

I replied "No thanks, hacker."

He replied: "Imagine not getting on Xbox Tomorrow..."

I then Blocked Communications.

Now, it's happened before. I've been DDoS'd by the angry children that plague this "Community".

I've seen people get their posts deleted for posting the Gamertag(s) of the offenders, and yet nothing being done.

I've also submitted multiple Compaints for this player (and is also suspiciously playing Multiplayer games on a Silver Account)

Anyway, I'm sure I'll get the spiel of "u desrve it 4 sending hatemail!" or whatever, but I've seen it happen.

contact your isp about this. give them the GT that you were getting threats from. they will contact MS

 

@bashmeister: My roomate works for DIRECTV, so he should be more knowledgable in these things. I'll have him contact them and see what we can get done.

Oh your so right it happens I am sick off getting DDOS by these idiots, even when you block and avoid they simply go on other gamertags and they know who you are and they come after you! I have done all the right channels yet nothing happens to them!! Everytime
I complain I am the one who has ended up getting banned cause they get their clan n friends to hammer your gamertag with complaints and they win everytime. I am sick off it. Microsoft actually argued with me that it's IMPOSSIBLE to ddos?? Yeah right read the
