    Threatened By Xbox Users Who Can Hack


    I have friend and I made his friend, [Mod Removed], angry so he got 2 people who boot people off, [Mod Removed] and
    [Mod Removed], who are saying that they are going to console ban me

    [Mod Removed] listed all my family and has found photos of me

    [Mod Removed] has kicked me offline several times

    My friend was threatened once by a hacker and he got a free Xbox and 4000 Microsoft points but I got threatened 3 times and I got nothing. Microsoft please explain this example of unfair.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for them to be investigated. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    As Smwutches mentioned, the enforcement teams do not use the forums. You'll want to report these users on the console as suggested. If you have not committed any sort of action that goes against the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, you'll have nothing
    to worry about. Only enforcement actions are taken when there is a clear breach of either of those.

    What are the rules in people hacking and threatening you?

    Report the profile that threatened you to Microsoft and block them. Chances are he's just trying to scare you. I've heard that threat before as well and nothing ever happened to me. It's just someone who is angry. It's not illegal to threaten to hack someone
    however, if said user DID hack you, that would be a different story.

    Yeah. I've been screwed over by Xbox a couple times in the past. Consider getting an IP tracker. I use that to track people who threaten to hack me and report them authorities before they can do anything. As you can plainly see... I haven't been hacked since
    2009.
