Threat to my account

Firstly, this is nearly impossible and this person is just sending it to all his recent players to wind people up. Secondly, please do not 'name and shame' on the forums, it is against the guidelines. As for your problem about the threat; I would suggest
that you file a complaint against the specific player, block communications.

Please do not name and shame on the Xbox Support forums as it's not allowed. If something like this happens to you and you know who the user was that did this to you, please file a complaint,
avoid the player, and block communications with them.

No one on these support forums can "ban" or "suspend" anyone else on Xbox LIVE, neither can normal users like the one claiming that he can. The only folks who have the power to do that are the Xbox LIVE Enforcement
Team, they do not read nor do they respond to this section of the forums. They only take their information from complaints filed via the Xbox LIVE Dashboard.

How to file a complaint:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.
   

Select Text and Voice Communication.

Select Text Message/Voice Message/In-Game Voice, etc.

Select File Complaint.

How to avoid a player:

1. Press the Guide button.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab. Select the player’s gamertag.
   
3. Select Submit Player Review.
4. Select Avoid This Player
5. Select why you want to avoid the player: Communication, Game Behavior, or Player Skill.
   
6. Select the specific reason why you want to avoid the player.
   
   

How to block communications (only works if messages were received from other players):

From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

please dont call out other gamers on here have blocked communications with this gamer also make sure you file a complaint against him ok.

How do you know this person has not been suspended?

On the odd occasion you may get a message thanking you if someone gets banned/suspended due to a report you filed but other than that the enforcement team wont tell you the results of a report you've filed.

As an ambassador you should know calling out gamertags is against forum rules & how to report someone on your console.

Why is it people think that anyone cares if they go to PSN or not?

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

It can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

Your account is perfectly safe as long as you don't give out all your log in/security details & besides,if someone was really going to try & "hack" your account they wouldn't tell you first.

Everyone is entitled to play on xbox live,no matter what their skill level.
