Thoughts on update?

I like the updated friends list format. Much easier to read. What's everyone else think?

Your thoughts on Warframe?

90% of the game can be done for free. Most micro trans are for cosmetic items like customized colors and such. Even the hard to find stuff can be bought for like $1 and they give you $4 to start with. The micro trans serve to generate money for the devs
but they also encourage players to play the game to find the items rather than buy them. Once you've invested your time into the game then you have no problem spending a buck or two now and again to customize your character or add some bling, or extended
you wepon slots, etc. I've been playing for 2 months and have yet to spend the credit given when downloaded, vs the $60 I spent of Dead Rising, Titan Fall, Forza 5, and Battle Field 4, all a which got boring after 2 weeks, and most of which have additional
DLC at a cost. Warframe is updated with new content at no cost. New quest, new characters, new features, etc.

 

Thoughts on Rocksmith?

It looks really confusing, but I'd rather get this because the USB connection can be used with any guitar that has an input. Therefore I won't have to waste money on buying a fake guitar or another Fender since I already have one.

 

I hate It is too easy and now I cant *** about MS now. joke. Love it.

 

I wish they would add kick from party, then it would be finished.

 

Its a great step forward. It has all the features we asked for (in the friends and party lists) and so I am happy. I can't wait to see how they will continue to evolve the platform over time.

 

meh, i liked hitting my profile and seeing the friends activities in the center of the screen, and i liked the achievements being in the same area also.

but everything else is fine.

 

@Trooper, funny you mention that! Pre update there was an option to kick people from party.

This must be a feature the team is struggling on as it's come and go 3 times. I wonder if the struggle is Code or Morale Issue!

I also would like to see this feature return as I am a firm believer in player controlled environment!

 

Use your Pins if you want everything in the same area.

 

I think it's great. Microsoft are definitely headed in the right direction now. I too love the friends list. So much easier to navigate and I love being able to favourite certain friends.

 

while i like the idea of the pins, i'm already getting what feels like too many causing an excessive amount of movements to get to what i want, currently up to 4 rows of pins and that is just digital games and media apps i use regularly.

 

I like it, and cant wait for the external HDD update. After I download TF, I will be down to 50 gig remaining.

 

I'm happy.....i've yet to actually try all the party enhancements, but looking at them and reading what others are saying sounds all good. I am REALLY happy with Dolby digital being added..... it was a rough trade off mixing in TV, but having it in stereo.
Voice volume controls nice too.

I seems to have fixed the 2 bugs the Feb update created (random video loss and random loss of voice command at specific spot in shut down process... and most importantly..... no new bugs.... at least not so far.

The one possible issue I see and maybe someone can chirp in..... the upload app seems to working very roughly now......can't get to the main screen sometimes just end up with a blank screen.

 

Right away I have noticed absolutely no lag/wait time when I turn on my tv. Picture shows up immediately. I never realized a lag until after the update!

 

I'm happy my Hulu jitter frame drops have seemed to have stopped.
