Thought you 100% Minecraft? think again

It's that time of year April, April Fools. It's Microsoft's birthday, not. Lots of my friends have got these every April.

I'd just like to announce some news which I think Geek should know. Microsoft has added yet MORE achievements to Minecraft. It started off with 400G total worth of achievements. Then it went up to 50 achievements. And now, it's 56 Achievements. I'm on my
Xbox 360 and noticed there was an update earlier this week. I think the Xbox 1 will be the same too since both Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 have the same achievement list for the game but haven't checked on my Xbox 1 console yet.

It's a slap in the face for those who have already said TWICE, "yay I completed the game". Wait, more achievements came out.

Forgive me if this doesn't quite fit in with the forum section but it's Saturday night (NZ/Australian time) people do random stuff and I decided to post this in the only forum section on this site that isn't dead.

Corrupted Save? Think AGAIN!

I was at 84% and was so close to finishing it, but when it started happening to just my 1st save file, and not my 2nd save file, I thought it was corrupt.

I was ready to delete the save file, but here's your post!

I am not sure if installing the game onto the HDD makes any difference on whether or not the problem becomes worse. I've done 2 playthroughs now and the 2nd run didn't give me any hiccups. However, if I were to try to load my very 1st save slot without
doing that trick, it still freezes for me. I guess the patch didn't completely eliminate the problem.

I guess the workaround isn't 100% foul proof either then... it sucks that you were at 92% completion... so close...

 

minecraft on the xbox one had 1000g to begin with, they are just updating the 360 version to have the same.

 

Pretty sure the 360 version was updated to 1000gs a while back & recent lot are new to both versions.

 

The Xbox 360 Version was at 1000 Gamescore just right after (if not at) when the Xbox One Version was released. It's been like this for quiet a while.

That is unless you mean they are adding above 1000? If that's so good times.

 

Yeah, it's up to 1180 now. On both versions.

 

Well, I have been needing more reasons to play the game lately.

 

Has anyone had trouble getting the 360 achievements to unlock?

 

The new ones? I haven't even started working on the extra achievements on Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 yet. I'm giving up on 100%'ing this game. Microsoft is likely going to add MORE this year or next year. Minecraft use to only have 400G. Then it went to 1000G not
long after the Xbox 1 version came out, and now they're adding more, it's like it'll never stop. But I'm not complaining about it, just pointing it out. The last update for the 360 version was last week it was like a 230mb update. I remember when creative
mode came out on the 360 version, the update size was only 5mb!!! five mega-bytes!!

 

Yeah the new ones. Cleared cache, deleted everything mine craft related then re installed it and re downloaded profile. Tried joining a friends game and it said he had a newer version. Nothing I have done seems to unlock the trampoline achievement might
just be the one but have not mined the materials to get the others yet.
