Thought I wasn’t getting charged

Saw the sale on ultra street fighter 4 and decided to purchase it. Realized it was actually a dlc upgrade for the arcade edition of the game and I needed that version to use the ultra dlc. I go to the store and look at it’s price and it says I already own it and to the side of it said buy to own for 30 dollars which I did not pay. So I was like sweet I guess the other version comes with the add on but then I get a receipt later by email and it says I was charged with both the add on and the arcade edition. ****.

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

I guess so. Whatever was happening to the Microsoft store needs to be fixed because I thought I was getting a good deal but instead I got an unexpected charge.

I checked and there is no active substitution. It got charged today when my son wasn’t on it. Can u check where it got charged from like what device?

Nope, if the charge doesn’t appear this means it wasn’t made on your account
So I don’t see that as a possibility
