Thor 2 Blu-Ray not playing

Discus and support Thor 2 Blu-Ray not playing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the Thor 2 blu-ray and 3d blu-ray combo pack. I have tried to play the regular blu-ray disc in my xbox one and it won't recognize the disc....     Thor 2 Blu-Ray not playing


    I purchased the Thor 2 blu-ray and 3d blu-ray combo pack. I have tried to play the regular blu-ray disc in my xbox one and it won't recognize the disc. I can play other blu-ray discs and games, just not thor 2. I have uninstalled the app, power cycled, and
    returned the disc for a new copy. Is there a fix for this? Any help is appreciated.

    Xbox One won't load or play several of my Blu-ray discs

    BD-R support is coming later, just like Blu-ray 3D. Sorry about the wait.

    pcweezyd, I assume your Thor, Thor 2, and World War Z discs are commercial discs. We'll try to repro. If you can give me the UPC codes off the back of the Blu-ray boxes that'd be helpful, to make sure we get the same exact disc.

    Very angry about Blu rays

    I've been a xbox guy for over a decade now and I'm thinking of returning this POS!!!! I own around 200 blu rays and It won't play them all. Probably around 2/3rds. Sounds ok? No The reason I got the xbox one is the fact that MS made it sound like it was
    going to be the ultimate entertainment system all in one. My piece of crap non internet blu ray player is better than my xbox one. When will the blu ray player be updated to support all blu rays!?!?!?! I can't even watch the new Thor movie I bought and returned
    2 all ready.

    Well it won't play 3D blu-ray. If any other blu-ray, DVD, game disc work fine, the issue is with the thor regular version.

    My Xbox One will play Yogi, but it won't play Thor, Thor 2 , or World War Z. I reset the box, updated the app, and turned off BD Live....first my Kinect stopped working, now it doesn't play Blu Rays. Support won't help...MS is a den of thieves pushing
    substandard products at a premium price and then hosing the customer when it malfunctions.

    My Scorpio Edition reads Thor 3, Fast 8, but not Star Wars Last Jedi!

    And somtimes there is no error Code at all. It just says: No readable disk.

    (I checked two copies of the 4K UHD Blu Ray. The Standard Blu Ray works fine)

    Onkyo Surround Sound Issue

    I have a smilar issue. When I activate 5.1 uncompressed under HDMI, my rear speakers don't work like they should. Front, Center and Sub are working perfect, but Rear is mute or very low.

    When I watch a blu-ray (Thor), I only here the music, no voices or any other sounds. When I plug my HDMI Cable to my blu-ray player -> everything works fine.
