    This xbox one s is a hot piece of garbage


    Who do i need to talk to so i can get a refund? I switched from playstation to xbox believing the advertisement that the gaming console was fun and new, this is not the case it feels like i’ve downgraded to a ps3. I started off with
    xbox so I know how the quality of the gaming software use to be, this new piece of garbage is irritating and gaming does not need to be experienced like this, it feels like my xbox is running on microsoft 95, its like even though its 2018 and technology advances
    every year xbox is going backwards. My xbox randomly made ended up when i’m doing simple things like watching netflix or even watching espn, it’s not or my internet because when i had a playstation it was never this bad. Please take this piece of garbage off
    my hands, as a gamer Im hurt, disappointed and fed up, Ive had my xbox one s since september and it’s made no progress at being better.

    Xbox is not letting me play my games (discs)

    This **** piece of **** is saying I don't own the game even though its in the xbox! I paid for these games and I paid 500$ for the ****, I should be able to play my **** games. If this doesnt get sorted out I'm selling or smashing this **** piece of garbage
    and buying a Playstation.. This is **** **** I'm being ripped off. I recommend no one buys your piece of **** xbox or anything from microsoft

    You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from for a refund, although if you've had it since September they most likely will no longer refund it.
