Someone use this email to created this xbox live account and gamertag. I change my password so who ever was using my email can't login. I would never created this dumb gamertag because it sound like a girl gamertag and I would never use this pic as my profile.
I want to know if I can delete this account so I can use my email. I have to create a second email so I could use the gamertag that I always use (MsgNinja) I need this account to be delete so I can use it on xbox live or let me change this dumb gamertag. If
you are the one who hack my email and created this xbox live account, I hate you a lot. For all of you people who is reading this, I got my first xbox not long ago just to let you all know that there are no way for me to create a xbox live account and gamertag.
I have two email which are 5 years old. My primary was hack and my second wasn't hack into. How did I know who was using my primary email (this account) It was when I was creating my xbox live account. It say error, this email is already connected to xbox
live and the gamertag can't be change. PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE TELLING ME. I NEED THIS ACCOUNT TO BE DELETE SO I CAN USE IT.

How do I change my Personal name on Xbox One.

My xbox live account was created using my fathers email. This makes it so that when I connected to live, the xbox addressed me as John, (My fathers name), how to I edit my account so that the xbox addresses me by my name?

This is my second account using gamertag that I want with no xbox live connected before I create this account. This email is my secondary which I dislike a lot when trying to use a primary gamertag

I would say your best bet is to call your country's Xbox Support number to get this resolved.

Hey MsgNinja!

Many people have reported gamertags automatically being created for them when they come to Xbox.com logged in with a Microsoft account that isn't already attached to an Xbox profile. It sounds like that's most likely what has happened to you.

To make sure I'm understanding your issue correctly, the account BiasedHickory72 is currently attached to an email address that you would like to associate with MsgNinja instead, right?

If that's correct, this would be an easy switch to make using "aliases" to move the emails associated with the Microsoft Accounts. There are some restrictions though. Do any of the emails you're wanting to move have any services like Office365, Hotmail,
or Outlook attached?

If they don't, and I've understood your problem correctly, reply and let us know and I'll be happy to explain the process!

Ugh, that sucks. I'm the original owner, I just never registered it. I wasn't sure if I needed to register to create an Xbox live account - I'm behind the times. Lol

From the Home screen:
- If you’re not signed in, select Add new.
- If you’re signed in, press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select Profile & system > Add or switch > Add new.
Enter the email address of your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions. If it hasn’t already been done, you’ll be asked to select a gamertag for the account.

On a PC or mobile device

In a web browser, go to:www.xbox.com
Sign in with your email address.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your Xbox account, and then return to your Xbox console to sign in.

I live in Macedonia. When I first setup my xbox (purchased new) more than a year ago it wasn't an option as a locale so I created a new profile in the UK locale - which I didn't know at the time would get my profile including the billing options to the United
Kingdom, making it impossible for me to purchase games or DLC.

Seeing that I could create an xbox live profile with Macedonia as a locale, I created a new Live ID and an xbox live profile (this one) which I can't download to my xbox. So this account matches my real country/region, my previous one didn't because I didn't
have an option.

as far as I understand, the xbox live account wasn't sold, but the console was.

But like the others have said, a gamerscore reset is permanent in case of cheating.

An account is your own responsibility even if someone else is using it.

Personally I would start all over with a newly created account

I suppose it is possible, but I made my EA account last year for NCAA Football 11. The other problem with me is that I did NOT use the same password with EA as I did with Xbox live. It wasn't even close. The EA one was just six numbers (I wasn't worried
because I hadn't given them a credit card). My Xbox password that was hacked was 11 characters with both letters and numbers. To me, it seems EA responsibility here is in creating the avenue for the hackers to profit from the hack.
