I try to subscribe to the service but when it asks me to add an address it does not allow me to change to my country and it does not allow me to make the payment.

Hello, I bought a Surfs Up in Dominican Republic and the game isnt available any more, Ive been charge us 20 dollars and I dont have the game

dominican republic is not a xbox supported region

prepaid creditcards must have billing details before they can be approved by online vendors and allow online transactions along with reoccuring charges

so using dominican republic as a billing details on a US account it will fail

to be added onto paypal the xbox account must be in the same region as the paypal account

so a US paypal account with a US billing option can be added to a US xbox live account

meaning a dominican republic paypal account won't work on a US account

I am living in Dominican Republic and my account region is set to USA.

I never had this error before. If a game it is not available in my country then the service don't let me buy it, but no like this.
