If the console is set to instant on mode then consoles Kinect camera is always listening for the "Hey Cortana" command and I it thinks it has heard this command then the Xbox logo on the front of the camera will light up briefly to indicate it has heard
the command.

Click "Manage" next to Xbox Game Pass and the option is there.

However, if you suspect you've been hacked, you should definitely contact support, as well as changing your password and making sure that nobody has messed with any of your other account settings. You can do that here: -

Also, on the above page, click the "Review activity" button and you can see a list of sign-ins and sign-in attempts, including the locations where they were made, which might help you figure out if your account has been compromised, or if someone is making
attempts to sign into it.

You should also strongly consider turning on 2-step verification. From the previous page I linked to, click "more security options" at the bottom of the page and you can turn it on/off there. That will make your account much more secure, as if someone gets
hold of your username and password, they still wouldn't be able to sign in and compromise your account, because you'd have to authorise the log in.
