    there are 3 Xboxes in my account. one died ………… how to fix? I have gone many times over the [Mod Removed- Profanity] you put on this site...… so how do I fix something that wont fix from your info/downloads. you have made it so hard for
    anyone to get info is a joke. Even the choices you give on things is [Mod Removed- Profanity]!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I picked Accessibility as I can not access anything on this device. Thanks for no help.

    i wanted to buy x box one console and x box i got x box one s console and with this i bought kinect sensor but to my shock i was not able to setup kinect sensor with x box one s because i was not having an adapter .....i paid so much money already for console
    controller kinect now im asked to buy an adapter ....pls microsoft i want an adapter for free i bought whole x box one s from yanbu saudi arabia (jarir book store) pls help me get an adapter for free !!

    having trouble setting up xbox one

    Trying to set up a new x box s but won't recognize my account. my old x box does and my computer does and so do cell phone. Can't complete the updates cause I'M stuck at that.

    simple was an update. then after that the Xbox shut down. can turn it on. get top the repair screen then nothing is the same sort of loop as win10 does. So the Problem who knows. just the same as a blue screen. lol

    If you're having problems with the console not loading the way that it's supposed to, you might need to try accessing the Troubleshooting Menu and resetting the Xbox.

    What I would say that if you are having this problem, is following the steps found here on our support site entitled “I need help with system updates
    on my Xbox One
    ”.

    Give that guide a shot and let us know if it was helpful in resolving the issue

    how do you do that. is an xbox one s. I did do all the trouble shooting that this site gives. is was a loss of time, as all roads lead to one point. it is a bit like win 10 win the free update that took all of us to that new great thing. yet no way out when
    you needed to rebuild a compute when it does its blue screen round about

    did all that. I have put that xbox on a shelf and got a new one. what to do with that xbox is a drama. again was perfect till that update.

    Offline update
    . When there just select need to update offline. If all that fails it would need a repair. You can set up one yourself at

    Device support
    , note if it is out of warranty the cost will range between 120-160 USD. Other option is you can request a call back and set one up.When you go to

    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks

    Is now 3 months since it happened. well there abouts. I have tried all from the site. was an update that did it. the other two are working perfectly. what is a number i can call so i can go over it with someone, as you all seem to make it sound so easy.
    lol. there are a few other problems i need to talk about. lol. thank you for your advice. but did all the site down loads and all the on and off line tricks that were told by the site. could be something simple. yet could be something hard.

    I am in australia. so the pricing was funny. as it was usd. Not aud . Again a phone number i could call would be great as I call I dont answer, thanks for your help. As far as warranty . was 3 months ago there abouts. and was an update that was the issue.
    again there were 3 xboxes in the house at the time. the other two are fine. this one **** its self.
