    Gotta call 2k support at 1-866-219-9389. Just lost my 2 season-deep starter on the 48-19 raptors going into the playoffs. Raptors, I know. Still I'm salty right now

    Sucks to Suck

    That happened to me with 2k12 and when it did I sold the game... did it on my like 4-5 year pro PG Starter as well and was 2nd in MVP voting when it happened.

    You do know that you can download Windows 10 and activate it with your Windows 7 product key still?

    So simply download Windows 10 officially from Microsoft at
    https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

    Backup your data, just to be sure, and then install Windows 10 and provide it with the serial number of your Windows 7 device.

    Also be aware, that support for Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 ends January 2020. Your PC won't get security updates anymore after that. So better upgrade as soon as possible.
