    When will the server connection problem be fixed? This started after the update to the game was applied. The game is using up my tickets and does not refund when there is a connection issue. This problem is not at my end since all internet sites are still
    functioning.

    able to redeem free tickets or coins for over a month, my gifts have been taken from me, I have been advised that I can't gift friends, bingos/power balls have been lost due to problems with the connection, and now we can't access your Solitaire games???
    You just had an unveiling of your new products. How can the public have any faith in them if you can't keep your long-standing programs functioning properly? You should have some of the finest techs on board but they are failing miserably.

    You cannot transfer things from one account to another. However, as long as you are still playing on the console that the DLC was originally downloaded to you can still access it with a new account.

    As for the lost profile, why don't you call support and open an unauthorized access ticket.

    Hey there Goth! Just to clarify, this is the only controller you have trouble with, and it is also not working properly on the PC either? Have you had a chance to try it on another console to see what happens? If it consistently doesn't function properly
    on many consoles (where other controllers work fine) my assumption is that the controller is no longer functioning properly. I would recommend a replacement for it. Please let us know how that goes, thanks!

    the attackers are losing tickets even if its a full server during the game clock countdown your still losing tickets. its worse tho if your in a room waiting for players to join because the more time that passes the more tickets are being lost, which makes
    no sense.
