    when i play MWII my guy bounces around and also when i try and throw equipment it shoots me to the left and i cant throw where i am aiming . i know its not my internet because i went the route of changing my internet company and upgrading my speeds and it still does the something also when i go to aim my gun goes straight to left and it is impossible to aim at all making it very frustrating. is anyone else have this issues i did a download copy of the game not a disc is that the problem

    Hi Miguel, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    If that didn't work, may I ask if this is the only game that you're having an issue with? If possible compare it with another FPS game.

    Could you provide us with a little more information.

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

    Wireless adapter, are you using a white or black external adapter:

    Restart your network equipment (modem/router). Leave them unplugged for a couple of minutes before adding them back on.

    Start clear your Xbox system cache.
    Here's how!
    Delete your Xbox LIVE profile (delete profile only) and redownload your profile (if this has become corrupted in any way).

    Here's how!


    Make sure your router firmware is up to date with the latest version. Check for obstructions or other wireless devices that could interfere with the signal strength if those are close to your Xbox.

    Post back with the details and how it goes.

    i am using a virgin media super hub (combining both modem and router) i'm not sure about the model but in brackets it says VMDG480, sorry for my ignorance with these sort of things haha. desperate for an answer, so bored!
