    i signed up for a free one month trial for xbox live on my 360 yesterday. everything seemed to work but once i tried to play games online, a notice would pop up saying "this profile is not allowed to play on xbox live" ive tried searching google and on the
    microsoft website but nothing addresses my issue. i was able to add my brother by username and that worked, so i am connected to xbox live, it just wont let me play online. please help.
