Discus and support "This product is installed" but its not in the list of my games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; "This product is installed" but its not in the list of my games.     "This product is installed" but its not in the list of my games. I think i was robbed. Please help.

    I tried everything. I did a restart and refresh nothing happened

    what game is it?

    where does it say "this product is installed"?

    there are 3 separate lists for installed games.

    go to My Games and Apps

    select Full Library

    then check in All Owned Games, Xbox Game Pass and Games With Gold

    maybe check over there.

    Try Unhide all games in "my games and apps" section, maybe game is hidden..
