This problem is annoying!!!

This is so annoying. I get disconnected from live after 25 mins and I can't seem to fix it. 1. I cleared my system cache three times. 2. I restore systems back to factory. 3. I deleted profile and download it again. nothing seems to be working. I never everhhad
this problem before. My internet works good and connects fine. I have time warner cable and its wired. Man Xbox is going to lose a customer if they can't fix this.

This is annoying

I lost the last daily challenge because it was timed, and I ran out of time due to the fact the stupid ad kept freezing my game. This is ridiculous and has been going on for months. Fix it already! When it unfreezes, it deducts the amount of time it was
frozen. Not fair, and not cool. If you want people to continue to play, you need to fix the problem.
