    How long has this happened with you? Have you tried to reset your console or do a factory reset?
    It’s been doing this for 3 days now... yeah I think I’ve done all the resets and offline updates for more than 20 times now...

    Major issue with XBOX capture app

    The capture feature eventually showed back up after a little while. The factory reset did not help. Videos clips are now 2 and 9 seconds with no sound. I don't think the offline reset would make a difference.

    Is there anyway to get someone in microsoft to work on this issue? It has been several months and a few updates at this point.

    General issues since last 2 updates

    That (achievement lock) happened to me until I did a factory reset (keep all settings). now it works fine. Either that, or just disable Cortana. But I would do the factory settings reset.
