    This place sucks


    Over the several years I've owned the different generations of Xbox, I've received a number of error codes and each time I came here and typed in the code to figure out the problem it can't find the code...what do you mean I copied it straight from my tv
    where my Xbox was displaying it. You're damn lucky my problem is little more than an annoyance that I have to deal with.

    Let's face it, Customer Support sucks no matter who your calling. The fact that you even have to call them in the first place already puts the mood in a not so happy place.
