Bought my sons an xbox one this year for xmas to replace the xbox 360's. Got them a few games Halo5, GOW4, Overwatch, COD III, and today DOOM. ALong with this we had enough gamestop points for a new headset. Which I had never let them have before they were
just too young to hear the language. Anywho, they are a little bit older now and they have heard kuss words lol who hasn't if it's not on TV it's in public. So, my son was playing DOOM, he's 11 and all over the sudden started getting these messages from a
gamertag named XXXcjDOOM24XXX I could only post one picture on this forum for this post but I will post the others'. Upon contacting XBOX personally on the phone and emailing support the screenshots and also, reporting each and every message he felt compelled
to send a child. This is very disturbing and "people" like this should not be able to interact with the general public.

Playing FIFA12 last nite and lost connection the person who I was playin then sent me 4 voice messages basically calling me all the names under the sun and laughably threatening to have me banned from FIFA 13 lol wudnt normally post something like this
but my 11 yr old son also plays this game and the language was disgraceful apart from making a complaint on Xbox live us there any other way I can get this person banned?? Thanks

Help! I'm a mom who is xbox illiterate!

I'm assuming when my 11 yr olds father set up the free trial, he did it under a child's account. How do I get this taken off and get his information off my
[Mod Removed] xbox? My 11 year old does have a gold membership. My 18 year old just plays on his.

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Smwutches is absolutely correct that you should click the Report message option you can see in your screenshots. To add to that, I suggest also muting and blocking the individual so that he cannot communicate with your son again. Here's a link to instructions

The 9 yr old is beast at Halo Infection. He plays that a lot. The 11 yr old plays COD and oblivion mostly right now. They all really like Castle Miner Z . . . and Castle miner. Two great indie games.

I bought this game on Saturday. My 8 yr old and 11 yr old are LOVING it! If they don't have an interest in reading for challenges and the like, Freeform mode gives them unlimited money and no challenges. It just lets them go wild. You know your daughter
better than anyone, but for my money this is an incredible game for kids that love animals and love to create.
