    Hi guys

    I just bought and Xbox one and it won't let me add my new cc details

    It still has my old card from my xbox 360 but I haven't used that in months and the old card is now cancelled

    What do I do?

    This message usually means there is an issue with a payment and it's usually connected to an old card, so you would need to call support or set up a online chat with Official support.

    If you visit commerce.microsoft.com
    here,     you'll be able to manage, add and remove any payment options associated with your account.

    Here you should be able to remove your old card, and add any new payment options.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the reply but it doesn't work due to the old card being declined. It just says declined next to the old card details. I tried on xbox.com/accountS but it won't let me remove it until I change my subscription to another card but if it try that
    then I get the original "payment option is used on to many accounts " message

    This means that you had a subscription that needs to be paid for. You will have to call in to Xbox, pay the balance and then you will be able to add the new card. 1-800-4myxbox

    I don't know for sure if this is the problem, but it sounds like your region may be set wrong. Start here:
    live.xbox.com/accountmigration and "move" your region to the UK.
