Hi, I'm trying to renew my xbox live because my old card is out of date, so ive added my new card then when I come to purchase the live it says that; "This payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be" but this is the only account I
have used it on as it is a new card..? Any suggestions?

ive encountered this problem as i was trying to buy live and it requests for me to remove the payment option for other accounts which is confusing because its only on that account. I successfully removed an old payment from a lost mastercard easily but when
i try to remove the selected payment from the latest mastercard another error pops up telling me i have pending payments. So i did some troubleshooting and figured out how to view pending payments and it turns out i dont have any? Im seriously confused and
somehow now the payment i removed actually didnt get removed and now i can remove the latest payment option but cant remove the payment option that magically re appeared after i removed it and when i try it gives me the same error saying i have pendinb payments.

someone help i just want to play some GTA 5

Hi Ben Nixon,

So this issue is connected to you having an out of date card on your account, your error message is just a generic one. Call customer support and they will be able to remove the old one and add your new card and all will be fine. Should only take a few minutes
over the phone once you get through.

I don't know for sure if this is the problem, but it sounds like your region may be set wrong. Start here:
live.xbox.com/accountmigration and "move" your region to the UK.
