    "This offer has expired."


    Prior to activating one month of Xbox Live Gold, I hadn't had it for 6 months. I had several friends send me invites, which apparently came with a promotion of one free month of Xbox Live Gold with any activation of at least one month (or more) of Xbox Live
    Gold. However, when I tried to claim one of those promotions (after activating Gold via one of the links), I was redirected to a page saying "This offer has expired," despite that the invite was only a few days old. That was almost a month ago.

    Last Tuesday (April 3, 2018), I received a message from Xbox Live on my Xbox One stating, "You unlocked a free $10 Xbox Gift Card for going Gold! Click 'Launch site' and redeem by 6/30/18 and spend within 90 days of redemption." I clicked on the link, but
    once again, it directed me to a page saying, "This offer has expired."

    What's going on here? That's two separate promotions that I should qualify for, yet claim to be expired. :/

    free game codes just cause 2 + fallout 3 do not work

    This isn't a rip-off. The code for Fallout 3 expired in February this year. I don't know when the code for Just Cause 2 expired, but presumably it has also expired now too. These codes do not last forever.

    Sorry about that.

    We heard back from the investigating team who let us know that they believe the issue to be fixed and you should be able to redeem the token by following the link in your message again.

    Can you please try that and let us know if that helped to resolve the issue you were seeing?
