Hello,

I command you to give back my all lost screenshots and screen recordings that were deleted from my console without my knowledge. I had over 100gb of captures and still a decent amount of space left (got 1Tb expansion). Also all my games got deleted recently because you FORCED ME TO UPDATE THEM so I selected pause and turned off my console, due to low data plan. And what!!??? ALL MY GAMES ARE GONE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I DEMAND RETURN OF NETWORK DATA THAT I’ve ALL LOST, and return of all my screenshots.

As it says still pending I would just check to make sure everything is ok and yes hey do come with a controller.

I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

Can take up to 24/48 hours depending on item.

I have had to wait 12 hours for some items.

But all have made it within 24 hours

Hello Marcin, sorry to hear you've lost your games and clips.

I'm afraid that Xbox does have a stipulation that clips will only be kept on the console for a certain amount of time before being removed. There is something similar regarding games as well. If you choose not to update them when you're online the system thinks that you no longer want the content and then removes it to save you space.

There may be a couple of workarounds for you though.

1. If you have an external hard drive and friends who have the games as well you could ask to copy them to your drive and would be able to play again without downloading.

2. To prevent loss of games again in the future be sure to update when able or keep the console offline when you're unable to update.

3. As for the clips, I'm afraid there is no way to recover them on the console. However, what you could do is check out a site called https://gamerdvr.com. There is a possibility that you may find some if not all the clips you've added there.

Can someone explain to me why so many people prefer digital games? I mean it's basically playing into the DRM that everyone seemed to hate. Plus it takes usually at least 8GB per game without DLC so it limits how much you can have on your xbox. Not hating,
I just wonder what the draw to buying games digitally is.
