This needs fixed

I have not been able to get my free tickets or coins for weeks know. When are you going to fix it.

THIS NEEDS FIXED!

Frankly, I do not care about Microsoft's DRM policies or the Xbox One system architecture. Xbox One needs to meet the standard set by Xbox 360.

It is disgusting, that as I type this, I cannot launch over half of my library of games due to lack of internet connection. Games like Halo: Reach, Assassin's Creed Unity, Resident Evil, and State of Decay. Games that have a vast wealth of single-player
content are locked away from me because Xbox Live is having "issues" for "some reason".

Meanwhile, I have my Xbox 360 standing by with a library of over 19 digital titles, hasn't been connected to the internet in 14 months, and works perfectly! This is a nightmare! I have literally hundreds of dollars in content I can not access right now.
While everything works fine seemingly 95% of the time, today I have been painfully reminded why I consider selling my Xbox One on a nearly monthly basis. Why does my 10 year-old X360 work better, and more often than my Xbox One?

I don't want a reason. I don't want an argument. I want this fixed!

Wow. The site says Xbox Live is fine but I cannot access any video streaming apps because I'm not signed in.... accept I AM signed in.

Microsoft got their way, for the most part. I have ONE system that provides about 95% of my home entertainment and if refuses to work correctly at least once a month. That's unacceptable. When will we be out of this beta? I thought the last two years was
my early-adopter karma coming back to bite me for buying XONE year-one.

I have now come to accept that this is the normal state of the Xbox One. It's such a sadness when I consider that my Xbox 360 was that ONE system that provided all the entertainment before Xbox One, and today, it takes up that responsibility again. I LOVE
Xbox 360!

Microsoft needs to test their UI better. It is ridiculous that this happens. Hope everyone else is enjoying their day.
