    the truth behind xbl pet

    its great to seen

    by sending ONE message, to ONE people which boykott our mail getting TWO weeks communication ban.

    received more then 20 flame n hatemails WITHOUT any aof activities from xbl pet. by sending ONE I get 2 weeks?

    LOL at my opinion XBL PET doesnt exist. thats only virtuel vode. with big error issues.

    like Microsoft style

    and mr phil spencer - by all these lost of times, fun, n mismanagement of the xbl pet -

    I expect a reparation of minimum of 100 000$

    The only way to contact them is through an eligible case review on their
    website     if you currently have an active suspension.

    The Enforcement team doesn't post here on the forums. You're going to be waiting forever, otherwise.

    Customer reps over the phone or chat just direct people here to the forums because they aren't authorized to handle suspensions. Nobody on the forums have access to your Enforcement records, either.

    Your answer is to go to the Xbox Enforcement website as I've stated. Everything about suspensions are handled there, and the
    only way to talk to them is through a case review.

    Can Electronic Arts ban Xbox Live Accounts???

    EA can only ban you from their forums and online portion of their games. The XBL PET/MS are the only ones who can ban an XBL account.
