I find it weird that I get the 0x87DD0004 error, but I can log in to my friends accounts why does this happen?

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced
upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension
and are not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

i got an account suspense for some messages that went against the policy wich i understand but 2 days later i get another suspension for harrassing or somthing that i would hafto send messages

and so i ask how does this happen theres no way i could harrass anyone i dont understand why this happend

There was trouble our teams were aware of yesterday, but the issue should be cleared up by now. If you're still having trouble, please power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds (until your Xbox One powers off completely. If
you're still having trouble after that, please let us know

Have you already checked your email inbox, junk, or spam folders? If yes and you didn't receive any emails from the Refund Team, I highly recommend submitting a new refund request by filling out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

I'm sorry to hear that your refund request was denied. If I may ask, have you already replied to the email you received from the Refund Team to appeal their decision and explain yourself better as to why you wanted the game refunded? If not yet, I highly recommend replying to their email so your refund request will be re-opened, and hopefully, they'll give you consideration based on your reasons.

The adapter offer was only eligible for owners of the original Xbox One and Kinect Sensor who purchased a new Xbox One S. The promotion

lasted from August 2016 to March 2017.

There's not much else to tell you, as there's no other way of getting this adapter to free. You missed out. Feel free to invest hundreds of dollars to switch platforms if you feel that is the right thing to do.

If it's any consolation, there are
few games available that utilize the Kinect anyway.
