For some time now, I've had a problem with my mother's phone. We both have the Nokia Lumia 521 with Windows 8.1. I have Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Mahjong on my phone, but she isn't able to even search these games. The phone tells her The

Hi there,

if the message says that it isn't available in your area then there isn't much you can do about it.

Some content is regionally locked and there is no way around it.

Keep in mind that it's only supported to purchase items from your region Store.

UK Download from the store XONE

Hi,

This is released today but it isn't available to download from the store yet, does anyone know when this will be available to download on the UK Store? Is there a specific time when the store updates?

I believe they have remade/launched these games as Universal Window 10 apps, so they might have removed the 8.1 versions. Not sure why they would, but this could be the issue.

The Window 10 roll out to existing handsets is due to start in the beginning of the new year.

That still doesn't answer the question as to why my phone is able to search out and download these games but the other phone is incapable or doing the same.

If you have previously downloaded these games, they might still show up to you as you will be able to re-download them. However a new user might not see them if the have been un-published.

I've just going form my experience using the platform and as a developer publishing store apps.

It says that Mass Effect Infiltration isn't available on my phone, but I had downloaded it a few months ago. I had to delete it to free up some space, but now I would like to redownload it. But like I said before, it keeps saying that the app isn't available
on my device.

It was in game items for dead by daylight. The item isn't available for a refund.

Kind of ludicrous to put up an item in the Store that isn't available or ready for purchase purchase yet.
