    If you have no issues from the console then its your browser cache not switching over

    If you are having issues op with your pc re you sure you arent runing a vpn? Since it only doesnt work with the pc

    If it allows you from the console then you shouldnt have an issue since you already queued it from the console

    Geoips arent an error

    This is why we are asking you to do a traceroute to see where you are being routed from

    If you are using a vpn it will show there

    If you use a console it wont use a vpn unless you are using a vpn thru your router or ics connection with your pc

    You cannot queue us content with an italian account because of the region lock

    @fallen if you are getting a geoip issue with your connection then you need to contact your isp

    Since your friend doesnt have an issue with your account

    Locale of the console doesnt affect the region of the acocunt fallen

    The region of the account and actual region is what counts

    Os if you changes the locale on the console but didnt change the region of the account to brazil so you can get english consltent that wont work

    @danny did you contact support like we asked? To see if something is holding up the migration of your account?

    A traceroute should be done if you are using a vpn that should be turned off

    Your best bet is check for vpns or do the traceroute

    If you loged into the website with another account which you shouldnt be anywyas as only the owner should be

    And you have no issues then you need to talk to support

    I contacted support so many time. They told me they had to open a ticket on the engineer side, because my account it's working fine and obliouvsly it's not a browser problem neither IP problem. Nothing of what we have mentioned here should be the problem,
    because it only affects some games, it only affects my own account (but other account on SAME browser,SAME pc, SAME IP are working correct).

    It only affects the marketplace site, because as already told if i redeem on XBOX it works.

    We tried everything. Now i'm only waiting if the opened ticket(as support told me) will help me.

    So what is your traceroute that eill help xbox more

    Because they need to see yoir dns settings and where it is reporting

    Are you using a vpn?

    Im not sure why the xbox support doesnt check your traceroute

    Can you do a whoisip on your pc and display your settings here?

    Your dns is the same on your console or pc as long as you are using thr same connection

    Hpwever if you are using a vpn to mask your pc connection that would be pc specific

    The marketplace doesnt matter because your console checks your connections dns

    If it was an engineering issue then your console wouldnt have accepted the download they can pnly check your dns and geoip

    If you were running a vpn then no matter what connection you use your geoip would be different then your console for work maybe,

    Because the vpn runs on a pc not a console unless you use the pc for internet connection sharing

    i try to explain, it' s NOT an IP PROBLEM. it's useless to display my traceroute(Traceroute, by default, sends a sequence of User Datagram Protocol (UDP) packets addressed to a destination host) so you should specify to which host i should send a traceroute,
    but as i told you is useless cause i have no problem using a friend's account with the SAME pc, SAME IP.

    I don't use any VPN(but i tried with a VPN too without any success)

    I use same DNS on PC and XBOX (google DNS)

    The problem is on marketplace site, on any pc and connection i tried(but only on my account). Same PC, different account, no problem.

    I'm having the exact same problem.

    But my account is from Brazil.

    And everything is fine, my local is matching, I can buy any game I want from marketplace, except for GoW 3.

    The only way to get the game was to entering at my account from a friend Xbox 360.

    But still, if I go to the store it shows me "Item bought" and when I click at "Download to my Xbox" button it gives me the error again.
