Hi, i'm getting this error only on some XBOX 360 GAME on marketplace when i try to buy them. I'm in italy (console and site already set to italy) and i'm sure theese games are available in my region because i tried some friend's accounts without getting
error. If i try from 360 console i get no error, only when i try from marketplace site i get this error.

For example i get error with thief, gears of war 3, but not gears of war and 2.

i really appreciate any help

Cayey,PR here. Same problem. I have downloaded numerous region locked DLC content without any problems before.

Not sure why there is a problem now but hopefully it is resolved quickly !

won't let me edit my previous post. I'm downloading it right now, even when it said it's not available in my area. Just spam it a bit and check on your active downloads every time you do. Worked for me

It doesn't work. But my account region is set to italy

 

That's odd... You should contact xbox support to check what's going on. It must be something with your account.

 

Or check your account at commerce.microsoft.com also

You need to change the marketplCe locale to your actual region by clicking on the botttom of thr screen otherwise it defaults to the us

Hence why its always recommended you use the console

 

My commerci.microsoft. com has correct italian billing address(already checked) And my Marketplace locale is already set ti Italy, otherwise i don't report ad a problemi(bug)

 

Its when ypu use the web marketplace and dont change the locale at the bottom

 

Because it defaults to the us marketplace

I know of region switch on the bottom and already tried. I correctly set it to italy(as usual), but tried to US and UK too without success.

First do a trace route with whois

Once you have that infosend an email to you4 isp

And say you are having an wrong geoip

The whois givesbyou thengatewayninfo

 

Your isp would have reset your gateway info

 

maybe i did not explain as well.

I TRIED with ANOTHER ACCOUNT from my pc with my connection(same connection that give me error with my account)

so it's not a ISP or connection problem

I'm having the exact same problem.

But my account is from Brazil.

And everything is fine, my local is matching, I can buy any game I want from marketplace, except for GoW 3.

The only way to get the game was to entering at my account from a friend Xbox 360.

But still, if I go to the store it shows me "Item bought" and when I click at "Download to my Xbox" button it gives me the error again.
