The system of enforcement for Xbox live is the most pathetic system ive seen. I got banned for no reason whatsoever but thats beside the point. The fact that a majority of your users use cuss words or will say everything offensive they possibly can without
cussing shows to me that you dont care about your targeted customer base. Someone will message me first to trash talk but if i cuss at them for not leaving me alone i get banned? You have a report happy customer based and your outdated rule system allows for
victims to get banned. How am i going to get reported and banned by a 12 year old while im playing a rated M game? I dont pay you money to not be able to engage my friends on live. Rethink your enforcement office or you will lose customers. I had a playstation
for 5 years and never once got banned. I'm seriously considering switching back. Fix your system, the enforcement office is not an opportunity to create a career as a social justice hero.

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made. You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

If another gamer is harassing you then you can report them and mute and block (but do not reply as that removes the block).

Actions have consequences.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.
