This is what my 9 year old girl recieved as a message the other day

hi everyone ive been on phone to xbox, and been told they cant do anything except post on the forums and block and report on xbox, they also said the more people report this horrible person theres more chance of him/her getting a ban, need to get this out
there so everyone can see how nasty and sick some people are, thanks

MY SON HAS BEEN CONTACTED BY A MAN WHO IS POSING AS A 11 YEAR OLD GIRL, THEY HAD SENT MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH AND I NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT MESSAGES ARE FROM MY SON AND WHICH MESSAGES ARE FROM THIS PERSON. PLEASE ADVISE

Yes, that's right, they had a 9 year old girl.

 

There are some sick people around, but you cant name and shame on the forums, support are correct in that the best thing to do is block and report, maybe look into some parental control options on the xbox aswell to prevent it from there

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done via the forums or anywhere else.

As R1CH5TER said,you can't callout or post images containing peoples gamertags on the forums.
