THIS IS VERY SERIOUS!! AND THIS MAY HAPPEN TO OTHERS!!

Hey i really need some help here this is a very serious problem!! So here i was playing watch dogs for a while, i stopped playing it do go on the pc, and after 3 weeks later when i got back on i can't access a damn thing! It disconnects me from xbox
live and i have to sign back in but when i do sometimes it says error can't connect would you like to test your connection and sometimes it lets me go in, but i can't access youtube, netflix or connect online!! I test my connection and guess what everything
is connected but I'm still having the same damn problem!!! When i try to go to youtube it won't let me connect! It says youtube is unavailable plz try again later or look at its status, when i try netflix i can't connect at all!! I tried redownloading my account
first time no go it said error can't connect at the very last bar, second time worked but i'm still having the same problems!!! I think i might have messed it up when i signed into that damn shark dash app on my touch screen windows laptop! I think the windows
media caused it!! Plz someone help me!! I have too much to loose on my account!! TT~TT
