    This is unfair.


    I got suspended for supposedly two weeks. I get on to submit a case review and get my response back. The decision was upheld. However, the enforcement team responder said that my ban was only a 7-day suspension. However, I get on Xbox today (Was banned Feb.
    11) and the Xbox system still says 2/26.

    So someone on the Enforcement Team tells me I was only issued a 7-day ban, yet the Xbox system tells me I'm banned until 2/26. How is that fair whatsoever? Especially since I have no way to contact the Enforcement Team other than a case review.

    This promotion is unfair

    I'm sure that the U.S and other countries have offers too, but this one is for Canada this time. Just like Hyrule said, the points are given by the sponsor and not Microsoft, and you will not get compensation for this.

    I'm sorry that you are upset by the Dscotia Bank promotion. Remember that there are many promotions that are only availabe in certain regions and not in others. As for points being given out in this promotion, it was "while supplies last" and likely the
    cost of these codes was paid for by the sponsor as part of the advertising fee, and not paid for by Microsoft.

    This is unfair.

    Most likely you have a "stacked" suspension. Meaning You've been suspended for a previous issue and you have another suspension that has been added. Suspensions run consecutively (one after another).

    While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon

    so what basically happened is you were suspended for whatever reason assuming communications suspensions which seems to be the most common

    However in the course of the investigation they found further reports since the first report

    Or they found further incidents

    And they would've extended it

    Extensions are bit appeal able

    No. When I got suspended from Xbox for communications, it said that I was suspended until 2/26. I submitted an appeal and I'm assuming, got that bumped down to 7 days instead of 2 weeks.

    In the appeal response, they told me exactly what I was suspended for, which was verbatim with what I initially got. The suspension stated on xbox that it was for 14 days. However, the XBLPET responder said that I was only issued a 7 day suspension. I contacted
    Xbox Support since you cant contact XBLPET and they said that whatever was said in the Case Notes (7 days) is what will be enforced. However, I was suspended on the 11th and today is the 18th and I still cannot talk. I do not know if it has been a FULL 7 days
    though. I have only have 1 case in the enforcement history that is active. I do know that the 2/26 date the xbox says is being able to talk at 1:43am. So since the Xbox Support said the Case Note will be followed no matter what the system says, could it be
    possible that 1:43am on the 19th is officially 7 days?

    This is unfair.

    extensions don't show up in your enforcement page since they aren't appeal able

    You can only ask the support for length

    I think it's fair . You have access to precision weapons as does everyone else . The unfair forums are unfair . Everyone has access to the same tech . Some utilize it better that's not unfair

    If someone has sent your son an abusive message including bad language the best course of action is to
    report the other player because if you reply to another player and the message you send them is found to break the
    Code of conduct or
    terms of use then there is a possibility of an enforcement action being taken against your son regardless of how it started.

    You should be able to review any enforcement actions received on the
    Xbox Enforcement website
    and also request a case review from here if eligible.
