This obviously sits out of context to the overall statement. The fact that you choose to ignore that, says more about you, than actually addressing the issue. Again, being a fanboy does not make you an expert on human or corporate behavior, it just causes
you to be narrowly focused on defending an argument that isn't even being made. M$ does have a responsibility to police cheaters, scammers, spammers and generally hateful individuals since, this is a service that they are providing; with a COC that they say
they are enforcing. Yet time and again, it seems that the only ones that get punished are the ones attempting to follow the rules

Respecting and protecting the community is everyone's responsibility. Just because you don't wish to acknowledge that, or choose to make assumptions about whom I might be, does not diminish the point I am attempting to make. You are no more superior to
me, than a snail crawling through a garden. Don't even pretend you know anything about me. Your snarky, offhanded remarks only prove my point about the ongoing disrespect and disdain that fills this community. You don't like my point, debate it with thoughtful
discourse. You don't like me, ignore me. Frankly, You are just one more reason why people don't feel welcome in this community.

^^ I think your biggest issue you're going to have to tackle is the fact that you've been banned and resort to using these forums as a means to "complain" about it. Do you realize how many threads have popped up over the years with the same mantra of,
"I've been unfairly banned.... screw you MS!"

Whether you've been unjustly banned by 343 for leaving games or not, we're very difficult to believe these posts here as vast majority of these posts turn out to be just and the user was in fact doing naughty things.

This has nothing to do with "fanboyism" or not wanting MS/Xbox to be properly policed... this is more to do with us as humans and our lack of trust for the person crying on the forums about their current issue(s).

totally agreed! they pull insane tactics like calling a gamertag inappropriate, then give you a horrid one. when you go to fix the situation, they make you buy a new one. in any other universe except these jerks' world, you would have the right to face the
accusers, or at the very least be able to change your gamertag for free. completely heavy handed tactics. i'll see you in ps4 land in the not too distant future.

They used to give you a free change but many just abused that fact, they continued to use offensive gamertags.

You are warned when creating your account not to choose an offensive tag.

Most of the time people like you complain about the "heavy handed tactics" and then we find out what your tag actually was, and 9 times out of 10 it is offensive and deserved a ban too.

Threatening to go to ps4 doesn`t bother microsoft or anyone here.

Well as none of you have been capable of getting the point, I left "LOBBIES" before the game started, either because of poor connections, lag issues or just plain obnoxious players. There seems to be no end to people cheating, team killing, or otherwise
tampering. And judging by how many new accounts seemingly have supernatural abilities to play, with minimal gamer scores and other indicators, banning accounts seem to have zero effect.

Just a point; your rep can be trashed by a bunch of vengeful 8 year old's that shouldn't even be playing adult oriented games or miscreant basement dwellers that have no other social contact than what occurs online. Quitters are a problem but, what about
the others that find themselves in a game where someone is modem bumping, playing the lag(in order to increase advantage), team killers or just generally ruing the fun? Should they just stay in the game for posterity, ignoring the fact that it is an unpleasant
experience or trashing there K/D ratios? Just like most commentators on these forums, you assume that they are not knowledgeable, sincere people expressing frustration with a degradation in a service that they are PAYING for.

Whether M$ controls the environment or not, they are fundamentally the arbiters and regulators of the experience: Which gets to my final point. Microsoft is more than willing to take the money for whatever product they sell but, when it comes to customer
satisfaction or service they tend to fall very short.

So, whatever high horses you all have ridden in on, you can turn them around and head for the barn. Your obvious knee-jerk reaction to anything that questions the formulation, implementation or mitigation tactics of M$ belies your position. Yes, developers
create the interactions and rules for their individual games but, M$ controls the guidelines and repercussions for not implementing an adequate solution. At the end of the day, M$ is ultimately responsible for bad actors, bad gamers and bad experiences.
