    This is the error code I get with no answers 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005)


    have purchased over $1000.00 worth on video content and on top of that purchased surface pro 3 for $1400.00. Not to mention the Xbox one, 360, and Lumia 925 that I own id say I'm a pretty loyal customer. What I don't get is why I can't down load movies
    or TV shows I have purchased onto this $1400 surface pro 3. I have spent hours getting the run around from various Microsoft sights when trying to reach out for help. No one can give me a strait answer. I'm taking a flight over seas soon and there is no WiFi,
    what am I supposed to do? I look around and I find that Amazon has the kindle fire hdx . I am a prime member (like I'm a hard Cora Xbox gold member) and on the kindle I can download their TV or movies they offer with their membership. This would solve my 16hr
    flight problem right there. You guys are starting to loose me. You still have alot to offer but these are the small things along with poor customer service that get me. I will spend the rest of my life along with thousands of dollars that wont be spent on
    you if you dont get it together MICROSOFT.

    HI Tnort09. When your trying to log in is it with the Xbox App or with a specific game? Are you also experiencing error code: 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005) or is it a different code?

    Hope someone at Microsoft answers you (instead of just being lazy and letting us try to figure it out ourselves), because I'm getting the same exact error code when I try to play the Microsoft games (Solitaire, Mahjong, etc.). Running Win 8.1.

    Problem is fixed for me! The problem originated because I was getting a message saying that Microsoft updated their user agreement, and I could play until I signed in and agreed to the new terms, but when I tried to sign in, I'd get the error code.

    FIX: I used a different browser (internet explorer) to go to www.xbox.com. Once there I tried to sign in from there and the new user agreement popped up. Once I agreed to the terms it signed me in. Then when I went back in through solitaire, it signed me
    in no problem - no error codes!
